The 3 beads altogether are ~ 1 1/4" wide x 1/2" tall.

The last photo is showing how neck wraps are worn, but a different wrap is worn for the example. The beads would sit in front of the neck as loose or as tight as you would like them and the leather straps wrap around the neck and back around to hang in front.
