These dainty najas feature a fleur de lis and a small turquoise dot. These are also available without the turquoise by selecting "without turquoise."

Each measures 1/2" tall x 3/8" wide.


In ancient cultures, the inverted crescent, also known as a "naja" had several connotations. It is believed by some that the symbol provides protection from evil. The naja is even mentioned in the Book of Judges as an ornament worn around camels' necks. Some cultures believe the symbol encourages fertility. In more recent times, the Navajo have used the naja as the centerpiece in their distinctly unique squash blossom necklaces.
