How do I return an item?

We accept returns for a full refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion, after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Your return items cannot be a special or personalized order. If you receive an item that is damaged, or defective, please contact Customer Support at 325-247-1123 immediately so that it can be rectified. There is a 15% restocking fee for any returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Items that have been worn will not be eligible for return.
