The passing our my mom on February 17th prompted me to purchase a Mother God Tag for my necklace. A few minutes after placing my order, I decided to order matching tags for my 2 sisters, who also have God Tag necklaces. Soon after placing the 2nd separate order for 2 more, I was contacted by Shandon to see if I wanted to combine my 2 orders. They then refunded the shipping charges for the 2nd order and mailed all 3 together very quickly. Shandon also made sure to tell me that they were very sorry for my loss. Being a business owner, that is excellent customer service and someone was paying attention.
